  • Here is a report from AIA about renovating older buildings.   • Other communities are building new libraries and other civic buildings with housing above, much like our town green buildings, except that the first floor is for public use rather than for shops and restaurants. Here is an example of a community smaller than Windsor that was able to combine financing from a number of sources to bring that about.
